
William Gluckman, DO, MBA, FACEP, CPE

Dr. Gluckman is residency trained and board certified in Emergency Medicine and has worked in some of the busiest Emergency Departments in New Jersey and New York. He has extensive experience in minor-major injuries and in juries including worker related injuries and chronic wound care management. Dr. Gluckman serves as the Medical Director/Medical Team Manager for New Jersey's Urban Search and Rescue Team, NJTF-1, The EMS Medical Director for the Morris Minute Men rescue squad previously served as the Medical Director for the New Jersey EMS Task Force and UMDNJ University Hospital EMS in newark, NJ.
He is trained as a Hazardous Materials Technician through the New Jersey State Police and serves as a consultant and speaker for the State Police Hazardous Materials Response Unit on topics related to hazardous materials, rehabilitation, chemical, nuclear and biological agents. He has been an Assistant Professor at New Jersey Medical School training medical students and residents and has over 20 years of pre-hospital care experience as a former paramedic, firefighter and EMS Medical Director. He is a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) through AAMRO and has written numerous articles and textbook chapters and presents locally and nationally on emergency medicine and urgent care topics.
He serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Urgent Care Medicine www.jucm.com and on the Board of Directors for the Urgent Care Association of America www.ucaoa.com and the Urgent Care College of Physicians www.uccop.org
Dr. Gluckman lives in Morris Township with his son Matthew.
Heather Varley, MS, PA
Heather completed her undergraduate education at Boston University and obtained her Masters Degree as a Physician Assistant at the State University of New York Stony Brook School of Health Technology and Management. Heather is a native of New Jersey and has a passion for emergency and urgent care medicine.
Edward Collins, MSN, APN
Ed has many years of emergency department nursing and adminsitrative experience and over five years in advance practive in high volume, high acuity emergency departments in addition to FastER Urgent Care.He has served as an Instructor at the UMDNJ School of Nursing in Newark, NJ.
Brad Chernock, MS, PA
Brad is a recent graduate from the Cornell University Physian/Surgical Assistant program and has over ten years of pre-hospital experience as an EMT, Paramedic and ski patrol member.
